In professional sports production, the biggest challenge is time. We had a strictly defined one-hour window to capture all assets with three high-profile talents. Success in such a tight timeframe requires meticulous planning and a social-first mindset.
As the lead for pre-production and scripting, I developed a workflow tailored specifically for mobile-first consumption. By eliminating the overhead of traditional commercial shoots, we focused entirely on authentic Reels and dynamic social assets. I managed the communication between the athletes and the artist, ensuring every second was utilized. Alongside the video production, I captured exclusive photography for Stalamuerte, documenting the raw energy of the session while maintaining the premium Red Bull aesthetic.

The result was a suite of high-performance assets that felt native to Instagram and TikTok, yet professional enough for a global brand like Red Bull. By focusing on authentic interaction rather than over-staged choreography, we captured the genuine chemistry between the players and the dancer. This project highlights the future of sports marketing: rapid, high-quality production that prioritizes social-only delivery. In just 60 minutes, we didn't just create content; we built hype for the 2026 World Final in a way that felt real to the fans in Leipzig and beyond.
