Capturing the essence of a remix means balancing simplicity with impact. The video shoot embraced the atmosphere of a live gig – flashing lights, the rush of the crowd, and the raw pulse of the original “TABU.” Lena’s aesthetic leaned into effortless minimalism, giving the track visual clarity while letting the energy speak for itself. The challenge was to translate that duality: keeping it simple, but making it powerful enough to match the intensity of the remix’s electronic edge. With the song reaching platinum status in Germany, the video now stands as a visual chapter of that achievement.

This project was a wild ride. Filming close to the Dutch border, implementing subtle product placement with an energy drink, and even shooting inside an ice chamber made the experience unforgettable. It was about more than just visuals – it was about merging beats, light, and vibe into a minimal yet powerful aesthetic. With platinum certification in Germany, this video became more than just a creative experiment – it’s now part of a milestone in the artists’ careers. A reminder that sometimes the most stripped-back approach leaves the strongest impression.
